He currently serves as Manager of Information Security Audit and Compliance at NICE, where he leads global teams and oversees enterprise programs spanning FedRAMP, ISO 42001, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and sovereign cloud compliance.
His work spans incident response, third-party risk management, audit readiness, privacy programs, and AI governance across industries including cloud services, financial services, healthcare, telecom, and e-commerce. He regularly partners with engineering, legal, and business teams to align security controls, risk decisions, and compliance obligations with real-world operational constraints.
Rupinder holds master's degrees in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and another one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, bringing a systems-level perspective on how technical controls, governance structures, and human behavior interact in complex security environments.
