With over 14+ years of experience in the engineering at various leadership roles, Rutuja brings in multiple perspectives to the table when it comes to product managing, leading and coaching teams. She is an avid learner with strong presentation and communication skills.
She is well familiar with and possess good hands-on experience in the various frameworks and methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, TDD, CI/CD, DevOps, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), OKRs, SIX SIGMA, Team Topologies etc.
She also Product Manages a few Platform workstreams for GoTo Cloud program within her company.
