After spending the first couple of years of his career as a financial analyst Ryan got bored, shifted to a career in IT and here we are 18 years later.

Ryan McCann is a passionate advocate for all things Agile. In the past 10 years he has served as a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach. Over that time, Ryan has employed agile practices to help numerous teams deliver value in the automotive (GM), healthcare (BCBSM), business process analysis (OpenText) and Fintech (Quicken Loans) space.

Ryan values building authentic relationships and does his best to help teams do the same by building trust and social capital…and yes, he recognizes this is not easy (for himself or anyone else).
