Stéphane Gervais is Founder and CEO of ApexTransform and VP Strategic Partnerships at CertX, an SGS Group company. He works at the intersection of agentic AI, cybersecurity, technical assurance, digital identity and emerging technologies.
With more than 25 years of international technology experience, he has held leadership roles across semiconductors, embedded systems, industrial technology, data and AI.
His current work focuses on how authority, identity and accountability can be maintained as AI systems become increasingly autonomous. He writes and speaks on trusted AI, AI governance and security, including work published in Forbes and IEEE Computer. Stéphane holds a PhD in electronics.
