Drawing from real-world experience building AI products for workforce and employability challenges, the session will walk through the product journey from problem discovery and user needs to defining the AI use case, designing the workflow, prototyping with modern AI and no-code/low-code tools, testing assumptions, and considering responsible AI before deployment.

Participants will gain a practical framework for turning real-world problems into AI product ideas and understand the decisions that matter when moving from an idea to a working prototype.
