In this session we'll chat either on my own or as a host of a panel with guests to discuss the importance of filling company ranks with inclusive teams. How data has shown that for all companies this is more profitable. We'll also discuss how finance and accounting needs to be part of the conversation from day one versus somewhere down the road. There are numerous use cases for Web3 and how we define these use-cases now will determine the success or deterioration of adoption.
