In 2019 in Spain, an initiative, "W4TT - Women for technical talks," emerged. In these years, we have developed monthly meetings and online and face-to-face events.
Many women have presented technical sessions with us for the first time, alone or with another speaker. Some of them are Microsoft MVPs today.
The recognition of female talent in Spain by all the technical communities has grown considerably. There are many women leaders of communities and in the teams that manage the events.
