The Quiet Advantage: How Introverts Redefine Success at Work

We’re told that success belongs to the loudest voice in the room, the one who networks effortlessly, speaks up first, and thrives on visibility.
But for introverts, that narrative can feel like a barrier rather than a blueprint. What if the very traits we’re taught to “fix” - listening deeply, observing patterns, thinking before speaking—are the ones that create lasting impact?

In this talk, I’ll share the unseen strengths of introverts in the workplace, drawing from my own journey of building a thriving career while resisting the pressure to perform extroversion.

This is not about “overcoming” introversion, but about unlearning society’s bias toward noise and recognizing the quiet forces that shape teams, decisions, and leadership.
