Solving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 is a $4.5 trillion a year challenge, yet current approaches to projects & funding are woefully inadequate for addressing these wicked problems. This workshop invites participants to focus on how their combined funding, advocacy, and enterprise can achieve substantially more impact, with far fewer resources, in significantly shorter periods of time than could ever be achieved in isolation.

In the span of 2 hours, participants work together to design a measurable, time bound roadmap for addressing the greatest collective impact for a pre-selected use case, achievable with the collective knowledge, resources, and capital of the participants in the room and the organisations and communities they represent. Participants will come away with proven tools and frameworks to use within their organisations and communities to maximize the impact of their initiatives through collaborative action.
