We will highlight scalability improvements in tempdb, buffer pool parallel scan and other engine improvements designed for predicable scalability and performance.

We will also focus on availability improvements in AlwaysOn Availability Groups with Contained availability group, parallel redo enhancements, and improved throughput for Distributed Availability Groups (DAG).

Finally, we will cover multi-write replication to enable multi-master writes across multiple locations.
