We developers are good at many things: developing solutions, expanding source code, improving concepts. However, one crucial aspect is often forgotten: our own further development. In this session, David will use his training experience with thousands of developers to point out the weaknesses, explain the resulting consequences and present possible solutions to get out of this misery, because: every developer is their own product that needs to be improved and optimised!
