Drawing on case studies, data, and success stories from 254 women trained in tailoring and beauty trades, the session highlights practical strategies for gender-responsive skill development programs, their alignment with SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth), and the broader implications for youth empowerment and sustainable economic development. Participants will engage in storytelling, interactive discussions, and evidence-based insights to learn how to implement and scale effective vocational programs in diverse socio-cultural contexts.
