Dr. Heather serves as the facilitator of the inaugural cohort for “Thriving Henry Leaders”. This guide, developed by the Henry County Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, is a practical toolkit designed to help business leaders understand and improve mental and emotional well-being for themselves and their organizations.

The Thriving Henry Leaders℠ (THL) program is an on-site, cohort-based leadership experience designed to help professionals level up their leadership impact, right here in Henry County. The guide is not a clinical resource but aims to reduce stigma, provide tactical tools, and foster a peer-support community.
