Leadership Actions to Improve the Sense of Belonging in Remote Settings

This session will offer ways to maintain morale with remote staff. Challenges will be identified, benefits of leadership actions will be discussed, and proven ideas will be offered that either utilize existing resources or require small investments. Participants will be asked to have cameras on, mics off, and engage in the session via chat box and virtual reactions. There will be a break-out session to assess the ideas offered and bring new ideas to add to the conversation. Audience ideas will be added to a shared doc that will be provided to all participants as a take-away for leadership action ideas at your organization.
