One of the most important communication tools besides email and chat is still telephony. Due to the pandemic, more and more companies are using the Microsoft Teams Platform as a collaboration platform.
The focus is primarily on collaboration on documents, Apps in Team and chat.

However, Microsoft Teams has other functions that can be used to exploit the full potential. This is the (no longer so) classic telephony.
In this session you will learn what the benefits of Teams Voice are, how they can be planned and implemented. As well as the new possibilities that arise from it.
