This talk is in a video format to help explain how old community members silently -maybe unconsciously - form a whole cookies dough around the community whereby sending new members away and those new members, they quietly leave a tech community. This video will explain some of the unspeakable or unconscious behaviours towards community newcomers which hampers the growth of the community and spreads the negative vibes that prevent other people from joining the community.
