Let's build 'n' pack an MCP server with C#
Is prompting your LLM-based agent yielding responses that don't quite fit your workflows, or is it unable to automatically execute your local tools? Popular LLMs (Large Language Model) are being trained on mostly publicly available data and therefore may partially lack your personal requirements.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, being all the rage, help provide much-needed context to your custom environments for AI applications. With .NET 10, it has become incredibly simple to build and run MCP servers. And NuGet supplies the perfect platform to distribute.
In this live-coding session, you will witness the combination of the nondeterministic nature of AI with the determinism of C# code to form a semantic symbiosis. We will author our own MCP server from scratch and pack it as a NuGet package ready for publication on your favorite feed.
