When we talk about Change Management and end-user adoption the first things that come to mind are often communication channels, strategy, and early adopters. We all know there is more to it than that but this is where we place our focus, on the aspects that are the easiest to control. If I said it's the people who are the key to a successful change I'm sure no one would disagree so why do we have an adverse reaction to developing our people skills like empathy and compassion?
