Technology was meant to make our lives easier, but somehow we've made our lives even more complicated by trying to use every buzzword even on a Hello World project :(

This workshop is focused on solutions that solve problems without adding additional headaches into the mix.
We'll start simple and work our way through all the things you should have on a real project. We'll discuss when should what be used, what will provide you with a "sensational ride", and which way is the "highway to hell".

That means you'll hear about all the cool stuff kids are mentioning nowadays - clouds, auto-scalability, self-healing, provisioning, infrastructure as code, serverless, containers, instances, pods, k8s, event-driven, etc... there's more ;)
The important thing is that we won't just throw everything in a magic cauldron and wish for the best. The goal is to understand the pros and cons of all those buzzwords and the situations where they will help you.

Since this is a development workshop we won't leave it at just theoretical knowledge, oh no :) We'll develop all that stuff so prepare a laptop or a remote machine, get yourself an Azure subscription (the trial one with $200 will work like a charm), get yourself ready and come enjoy the day with us :)

Throughout this workshop, we'll develop stuff using C#. Still, it will be so trivial that you'll be able to do the same in a bunch of other languages if C# isn't your cup of tea.
