In this lightning talk, I want to share the importance of culture in determining the value delivered by the organisation. To do this, I want to refer to LaLoux (changing organizations) as well as the State of Agile report on why organizations are having difficulties with being able to effectively respond to change and deliver value. I describe pitfalls of lacking culture as well as strategies on building culture. As a running example I use Coolblue (green organization according to LaLoux with teal elements). This organisation is a unique example of the power of true culture building, in my opinion.
