In this session, I’ll share a practical, end-to-end way of thinking about Power BI development.

We’ll walk through a simple flow behind a successful report: understanding the problem and the audience, preparing the right data, structuring it properly, building meaningful calculations, and designing with purpose. Along the way, we’ll focus on something most of us have experienced, how reports grow beyond their original intent, and how to prevent that from happening by keeping scope clear and decisions front and centre.
