In an age of digital communication, many young people are more connected than ever yet less confident in expressing themselves authentically. This session explores how educators can develop communication, confidence and creative identity through practical voice-based learning approaches.

Drawing on over three years of work within UAE schools, Julie shares how the Voice Lab™ framework has been used to support students across performing arts, public speaking, LAMDA, RSL qualifications, productions and artist development programmes.

Participants will explore practical strategies that help students:

• Develop confidence and presence
• Strengthen communication skills
• Discover their authentic voice
• Improve collaboration and creative expression
• Prepare for future education and employment pathways

The session combines educational practice, real-world case studies and interactive activities that educators can immediately apply within classrooms, creative arts departments and wider school communities.
