In this session, Mastering the Soft-Side of your Technical Role, we will learn the basics of emotional intelligence and focus specifically on developing the skill of hosting and attending meetings. We’ll cover foundational knowledge of meetings (such as the different types of meetings - 1:1, team meeting, daily standup, review, retro etc) and some advanced presentation and facilitation skills to take your stakeholder presentations to the next level.
