The military use of Cyberspace has led to many people having rightful concerns about the damage a "Cyber 9/11" or "Cyber Pearl Harbour" could inflict on the world. In February, we unfortunately reached a stage where we could see these impacts with the War in Ukraine. Yet we haven't seen the sky falling down? Why? Where are the Cyber Attacks? And where is the Cyber War we were promised?
