As MCTs, we are often asked by training providers to sign contracts or agreements (there is a MCT agreement after all...). Do they protect us (rarely...) or the training provider (always...) Can we negotiate them? What is fair or not? What is the legal basis?
In this session we will discuss the typical contracts that are submitted to us, how to negotiate them and the risks they entail or protect us from.
