Negotiating tactics for MCTs

As freelance trainers we are regularly challenged to lower our rates. MCT are not trained negotiators, but the customers we interact with sometimes are and certainly have more experience with it.
We will discuss the commercial relationship between trainers and learning partners and how to increase your value as an MCT, hopefully with input from the audience.
