What they don't teach you in the Instructional Skills Course

The Instructional Skills Certificate (ISC) is a requirement for anyone to become a Microsoft Certified Trainer. However, the two to four days course is only the first step in starting to work as an MCT, and it can be difficult to know what is really important and what less so.

In what is hoped to be an interactive session, Marc will draw upon his experience of twenty-five years as an MCT and decade as a Regional Lead to cover business relationships, community, contracts, quality and what is both expected of you and of importance, while warning you of risks and traps.

Presented at the 2025 MCT Summit in Manchester, UK. I will further develop this from suggestions of other Community Leads.
