Session
Engage with Teams & Engage - Ecosystem for internal and external communication and collaboration
Did you move from Workplace to Engage last year, or have just moved into Engage this year, use Teams for all internal communication, or considering which tools to use for your internal, and external, communication? This session might be just the one you would need!
In this session, Merethe will share her insights from several real-life Viva Engage implementation projects and provide valuable insights on what to do before, during, and after the transition process. You'll learn how to:
- Plan and prepare your organization for the transition* to ensure minimal disruption of daily business. In any case; involve those who need to be involved, and disrupt those that need to be disrupted: Active and thriving engagement in Engage doesn't happen by itself!!!
*Transition can here mean anything from moving from a different tool, starting from scratch using Engage, or re-energize your current communities.
- Run the implementation as a team, with good practices (good because there will always be better) and avoid typical pitfalls.
- Looking at the elements of internal (and external) communication and which tool to use for what, by/for whom, and when, and how they are all connected. (Teams, Engage, SharePoint, and more).
- Prepare key roles and the ecosystem and engage your community post-transition to foster a thriving and collaborative environment.
Whether you're consolidating multiple tenants or moving from a different platform, this session will give you some insights, knowledge and tools to make a smooth transition or revitalize a quiet internal communication community.
Key take-aways:
- Ideas for how to get organised and get the project on the right track
- Tools to handle resistance and difficulties underway in the project
- Inspirations from demos and examples based on concrete projects
