A crisis happens, are you and your organisation ready? Do your employees know what to do? Do you?
In this session Merethe will guide you through how to set up, structure and manage an ecosystem for crisis preparedness, in Microsoft 365, especially in Teams, and with the help of Copilot, plus Planner, SharePoint and Engage.
What she will cover in this session:
- Structuring and organising Teams-rooms and communication channels for crisis management, including who's doing what and when.
- Building and managing a transparent Teams-culture. This is an obviously good idea when you understand why, at the same time it can be one of the hardest things to do in an organisation.
