Let's build well-governed Document Management System in Teams powered by Power Automate
Join me in the workshop where we will build a secure, scalable collaboration space where multiple departments can create and maintain procedures and manuals - while ensuring that only approved content is visible to the rest of the organization.
You’ll learn how Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online can be used to create a business‑owned Document Management System. We’ll combine SharePoint site templates, customized document libraries, document templates, and Power Automate to support authoring, review, approval, and controlled publishing, without exposing draft documents to unauthorized users and without constant IT involvement.
The session will also demonstrate how this approach creates a solid foundation for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot agents.
