This sessions describes the challenges of transition from very traditional building management industry to modern ClimateTech solution.

The buildings portfolio has a huge variety: from hospitals, airports, factories, governance buildings to schools. That means a lot of different data to gather and process.

The tech stack portfolio is also interesting: cloud platform (Azure) with DataBricks stream processing, consuming inputs from multiple sensors and gateway devices. All going into direction of predictive maintenance and energy management system.

In other words, this speech sketches the Product Owner diary about mission of the 100 years old company trying to lower CO2 emission and serving Environmental, Social and Governance norms.
It's also a snapshot and introduction into building automation world (which is very important; however very niche industry).
