With several decades of ERP (Accounting Systems) implementations under my belt, I’ve dealt with many leads and end users who’ve both adopted and rejected the new process/software. For those that reject the new processes/software, it’s a challenge to turn the rejection into acceptance, let alone excitement. In this area I have both succeeded and failed. We know we are offering tools that will help users make better decisions for timely and accurate information, but that may not always be enough.
