As a business scenario, many a times we needs to hook up to a event when something has changed. For e.g. a new Teams channel created, deleted, or updated.

M365 Audit logs is best place to look out for these events. However polling these logs might not be an ideal solution. In such cases, Graph notifications helps to respond instantly for these scenarios.
