Notes from the field about the chatbots in enterprises. As chatbots are a really popular topic, I would like to share a little bit of experience from corporate environments, where it is not so simple to build chatbots. There is no such simple chatbot, but tens and increasing. Many business units, many customer-facing agents, many internal initiatives. What about security, vendor independence and integrations? This is what I will talk about.
