This session explains how AI regulation and cybersecurity law converge in real deployments—and why “AI compliance” succeeds or fails at the intersection of legal, security, data, and product execution. Saibal Mukherjee will translate the global AI laws including the EU AI Act into practical, end-to-end actions across the AI lifecycle: governance, training data controls, validation, documentation, human oversight, monitoring, and incident readiness. He will then show how cyber obligations (secure development, third-party/model vendor risk, logging, vulnerability management, breach response) directly shape the rollout of AI models and AI-enabled products, including digital solutions.
