Clear communication is the essence of business analysis. But we live in a data-driven world and our data isn’t always clear. What if you could leverage readily available software to present data more effectively and generate insights more easily? That’s the purpose of this hands-on workshop: leveraging Visio and Power BI to create actionable data visualizations.

Bring a Mac or PC. We’ll provide licenses you can use in Safari, Chrome, Edge, or any browser. You’ll visualize data in flowcharts, organization charts, and other diagrams. And you’ll learn enough about the Visio Visual for Power BI to add the visual context of a diagram to a Power BI report. The results are powerful, effective, and remarkably easy to create. In addition, you’ll have a chance to work with Visio and Power BI reports from a recently completed project for a global entertainment company.

Visio and Power BI experience are not required.
