Architecture is often viewed like a herd of elephants, unable to change direction easily and becoming slower, or left behind as they grow older.

This session will explore how the agile manifesto can help architectures develop and mature over time. Able to react to change of directions.

Able to replace parts of the system easily and frequently without depending on a transformational budget. Architecture that is versatile, and able to evolve, while resilient enough to not degrade after a few changes.

Using examples from across industries, we will explore how to understand and relate ourselves to versatility and resilience which participants can associate with.
