We are going to cover the transition from old system or tools to the new PowerPlatform system(e.g. PowerPoint to Power BI, Excel to Power Platform, changing manual work to Power Automate) from psychological perspective. The aspects of change management process, steps of involvement of the users within the requirements gathering, testing and training stages which help them to adopt the new systems prior to the release and become ambassadors. Overall we will review what is important to take under consideration to make the implementation of the new system successful.
