About heaps in SQL Server.
What they are, when to use them, and how using them in the wrong ways and places can negatively impact query performance, inserts, updates, and even lead to silently applying the wrong compression to newly inserted data.

3. How to spot the issues
4. How to correct them

Note: I'm marking this as Intermediate because I believe all devs should be aware of these things, but I will be using DBCC PAGE a couple of times.
