The session would demonstrate how a chatbot can be configured without writing custom code using Azure QnAMaker Cognitive Service, Web App Bot and other related resources. The setup would demonstrate the different use cases of QnAMaker and the options of feeding data to its knowledge base. It would also brief about how the chatbot can be used in a SharePoint Framework web part and the analytics options available for the QnAMaker service using Application Insights.
