This talk presents a cloud-native alternative: an open ecosystem where infrastructure providers, software vendors, and service operators collaborate on top of Kubernetes. Managed services are offered through an app-store-like experience but run on infrastructure chosen by the customer.

We discuss the architectural building blocks, the operational model, and real-world lessons learned from running managed services across heterogeneous environments. The result is a platform that preserves choice, enables compliance, and restores control over where data is processed.
