Relational Intelligence- Utilizing Soft Skills for Maximum Leadership Impact in the Workplace

Soft skills will always remain relevant as long as people are involved in technology. Forward-thinking companies strive to create inclusive and empathetic workplaces for everyone, and these soft skills are essential for this goal across all industries, including tech.

This workshop will provide insights for start-ups, established leaders, and hiring managers on how to leverage emotional intelligence to build effective teams and improve communication across various domains. The session will address up to five areas of soft skills, including self-awareness and leadership, self-regulation, motivation, and social awareness and empathy.

Participants will learn emotional intelligence strategies to enhance people skills, manage communication styles, and lead others effectively in projects. The session will include an emotional intelligence workbook, speaker insights, video clips, and interactive activities.
