Session
From Prompts to Systems: Operationalizing AI in Your Business
Most people plateau with AI in the same place: it works impressively once, then inconsistently forever. This session closes that gap. You will learn the Core 4 Framework (Model, Context, Prompt, Tools), a practical mental model for why AI tools work when they work, and how to build workflows that produce a reliable result every time instead of once.
We cover choosing the right model for the task, giving AI the context it needs to stay useful across sessions, prompt patterns that hold up under real conditions, and connecting AI to the tools where your work already lives. You will also cover where AI does not belong, what should never go into a prompt, and how to review output you cannot personally verify.
This is not a first look at AI and it is not a vendor comparison. It is a working session for people who already use these tools and are ready to stop experimenting and start operating. You will leave with templates and a checklist you can apply to your own work the same week.
