Navigating AI in the Real World: Redesigning the Workbench

Artificial intelligence is rapidly entering the workplace, but many organizations are struggling to move from experimentation to meaningful adoption.

Leaders define AI strategies. Tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot are deployed. Training is delivered.

And yet, months later, very little about how work actually gets done has changed.

This interactive workshop explores why.

Participants will examine two critical realities shaping AI adoption today: AI is changing the environment people work in, and adoption only happens when AI is integrated into the workflows where work actually happens.

In the first half, we’ll explore why AI feels different from previous technology shifts and why activity is often mistaken for adoption. In the second half, we’ll focus on redesigning real workflows across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, and everyday collaboration patterns.

Through guided exercises, attendees will identify where AI is already impacting their work, where adoption is stalling, and how to begin integrating AI into day-to-day operations.

This is not a tool demonstration. It is a practical session focused on how work actually changes.
