As organizations adopt GitOps at scale, teams often face growing pains, duplicated manifests, unmanageable repositories, and inconsistent deployment practices across environments. This talk shares how we designed a modular GitOps pipeline architecture using Argo CD and Helm to overcome these challenges in a large, multi-team environment.
