So at the center of the framework I created the AL PTE Development Standards Guide: a template built on professional AL development principles used by the best developers, plus fill-in-the-blanks fields for you to define your naming conventions, object ID ranges, and coding rules. This gives both you and your AI tools an unambiguous blueprint before a single line of code is written.
I come from a NAV/BC functional consulting and practice leadership background, but I also spent time on the dark side as a certified NAV developer, and each year at Community Summit I co-teach a 3-day AL development bootcamp alongside a fellow Microsoft MVP who is a full-time professional developer.
