In today's dynamic technological landscape, Platform Engineering has emerged as a critical function for driving organizational efficiency and empowering developers. However, the integration of Lean principles with Leadership-as-a-Service (LaaS) introduces a unique set of challenges and opportunities, often referred to as the Lean LaaS Paradox. This talk explores this paradox, focusing on how Lean management techniques can be leveraged to conceptualize, articulate value, prioritize implementation, drive adoption, and ultimately make platform engineering activities successful.
