AWS CodePipeline offers excellent support for Linux-based EKS deployments but when it comes to windows based deployments, the game completely changes. Interestingly, AWS does NOT offer support for DnD (Docker in Docker), hence if we want to build custom Docker images in windows based system, there is NO official support. So, we did some research and came up with an approach that made this possible! We had to do some off-roading to reach the solution, but now it works like a charm! The best part, we don't have to rely on any third-party software, it's all AWS! Join us to explore this amazing implementation!
