Hiring talent is a time-consuming task which requires a lot manual steps and also to process an extensive amount of data related to candidates and their professional experience. At Youpal, we decided to adopt Neo4j and integrate it in our platforms, running on relational databases, which gave us a new way of visualising our and understanding it from a different point of view. In this session we will explain the process we followed to integrate Neo4j, the challenges we faced and the lessons learned during our journey. Expect to see not only some cool demos and code snippets but also good examples of how Neo4j integrates with 3rd-party platforms like Drupal.
