In this talk, I provide compiled thoughts about non-violent communication in a work-day with an agile team, where I point moments, situations, and ways to improve the team's accountability by creating a safe environment.

Also, give a "tool" to be used for everyone. This talk is about connecting people around only one goal, solving the problems in an effective way, removing assumptions, understanding the intentions behind our requests, and a build a clear path to express our message to the whole team.
